Therefore, organizations today are changing their view of the future by shifting from technology as a &#8220;fun thing&#8221; to technology as a significant driver of digital transformation that underpins future HR trends.<br>Moreover, digital transformation will promote <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/effective-communication\/\" class=\"ek-link\">effective communication<\/a><\/strong>, an excellent opportunity to prioritize internal alignment between employees, leadership, and the organization&#8217;s mission. Because employees need to be aware of their leaders&#8217; needs and goals to see the bigger picture in the future. Here, I will discuss the most prominent future HR trends that digital transformation is promoting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#ba1e79;font-size:25px\">Reshape Skills<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">More than a third of jobs worldwide will transform because of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/positive-workplace\/\" class=\"ek-link\">workplace<\/a><\/strong> technology. More than a billion people will need to be rehabilitated and skilled to keep pace with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/intelligent-technology-enhances-creative-capabilities\/\" class=\"ek-link\">intelligent technology<\/a><\/strong>.
