Learning and development in our current age have become more challenging. As it is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/strategic-hr-planning\/\" class=\"ek-link\">necessary<\/a><\/strong> to match the various <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/digital-transformation\/\" class=\"ek-link\">future HRM trends<\/a><\/strong>. Such as adopting <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/intelligent-technology-enhances-creative-capabilities\/\" class=\"ek-link\">intelligent technology<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/change-strategies-for-smart-transformation\/\" class=\"ek-link\">strategic<\/a><\/strong> directions, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/performance-needs-and-innovative-transformation\/\" class=\"ek-link\">performance needs<\/a><\/strong>, and the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/transformational-innovation\/\" class=\"ek-link\">competitive<\/a><\/strong> imperatives of organizations. Thus, AI with learning &amp; development will be in a state of integration in the future. HR professionals in this field need to keep track of massive amounts of information and data using artificial intelligence and machine learning programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#339498;font-size:25px\">The importance of AI for learning and development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Learning and development are the areas of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/integration-of-ai-with-hrm\/\" class=\"ek-link\">HRM<\/a><\/strong> that artificial intelligence can completely transform soon. Therefore, HR professionals in learning &amp; development must be familiar with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/digital-transformation\/\" class=\"ek-link\">digital transformation<\/a><\/strong>. And advanced intelligent technology and use them to enhance the learning and development processes. Thus, they must explore and implement all new <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/ai-applications-in-hrm\/\" class=\"ek-link\">AI applications<\/a><\/strong> to deal with. And analyze information and data to develop <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/types-of-organizational-change\/\" class=\"ek-link\">strategies<\/a><\/strong> and insights that will help them develop effective learning programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">The most important benefit of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/creativity-and-productivity\/\" class=\"ek-link\">integrating<\/a><\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/ai-makes-payroll-management-more-robust-and-transparent\/\" class=\"ek-link\">AI<\/a><\/strong> with learning &amp; development is to help professionals create more effective learning and development methods and techniques. So, here I suggest a few ways in which AI can transform learning and development:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#be6026\">1) Customizing your learning and development paths<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/ai-makes-payroll-management-more-robust-and-transparent\/\" class=\"ek-link\">AI<\/a><\/strong> allows learning and development programs to adapt to the needs and preferences of each employee. Thus, the learning and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/employee-training\/\" class=\"ek-link\">training<\/a><\/strong> process will be more effective if the employee receives their preferences for the way and how he wants to receive it. There are also benefits from adopting <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/ai-leads-to-positive-change-in-compensations-and-benefits\/\" class=\"ek-link\">AI<\/a><\/strong> applications in allocating learning <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/career-path\/\" class=\"ek-link\">paths<\/a><\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieve the learning <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/employees-goals\/\" class=\"ek-link\">goals of employees<\/a><\/strong> faster and in less time, as they receive learning and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/employee-training\/\" class=\"ek-link\">training<\/a><\/strong> based on their personal preferences and objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/hr-analytics\/\" class=\"ek-link\">Analyzing<\/a><\/strong> the data of each employee that includes his performance and objectives and suggesting a particular educational program for him that encourages his participation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a learning platform where all data, software, materials, and schedules based on employee personal experience, preferences, and goals are stored, tracked, and delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positive return on investment in learning and development of the organization leads to better learning outcomes because of its speed and the effective participation of employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#be6026\">2) Integrating learning and development into work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Often, most employees are unhappy with fixed and inflexible learning and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/employee-development-plan\/\" class=\"ek-link\">development<\/a><\/strong> schedules that conflict with their own. In addition to dissatisfaction with the content and form of the information because it does not fit their preferences, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/performance-management\/\" class=\"ek-link\">performance<\/a><\/strong>, and goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Therefore, learning and development systems supported by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/ai-applications-in-hrm\/\" class=\"ek-link\">artificial intelligence<\/a><\/strong> are the appropriate solution to this problem. It saves both employees and the organization time and enhances their participation. The learning process is automated and integrated into the daily workflow by providing programs, materials, and schedules that are developed for each employee individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#be6026\">3) Enhanced return on investment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Organizations spend vast amounts of money on<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/employee-development-plan\/\" class=\"ek-link\"> employee learning and development<\/a><\/strong> programs annually. Unfortunately, the returns on investment from this spending did not live up to the hoped-for. It is due to obstacles and problems that can avoid by using learning and development programs supported by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/ai\/\" class=\"ek-link\">artificial intelligence<\/a><\/strong>. It enhances and develops these programs by automating the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/culture-of-learning\/\" class=\"ek-link\">learning<\/a><\/strong> and development analytics and processes that save time, personalize them, and improve engagement and effectiveness. Thus, the natural result will be to achieve a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/analytics-in-organizations\/\" class=\"ek-link\">positive return on investment<\/a><\/strong> for the organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#be6026\">4) Improve completion rates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">According to several studies, less than 25% of employees today are ready to complete their learning and development programs. However, completion rates will improve as AI delivers training content in an employee-favorite learning format followed by enhanced motivation techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Using AI can improve achievement rates by developing a learning program based on each employee&#8217;s personal preferences and by making the learning and training cycle short and engaging. It is also preferable to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/using-consultants\/\" class=\"ek-link\">consult<\/a><\/strong> specialists to create an educational platform that will automate all processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#be6026\">5) Enable everyone to learn and develop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">AI applications make learning programs accessible to a wide range of employees of all diversity and abilities, such as people of determination. For example, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/artificial-intelligence-and-strategic-planning\/\" class=\"ek-link\">AI applications <\/a><\/strong>can offer automatic subtitles that help people enjoy watching videos in more than 50 languages. Likewise, for the blind, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/ai-creates-fair-and-competitive-compensation-and-benefits\/\" class=\"ek-link\">AI<\/a><\/strong> offers software and solutions that use neural networks to distinguish context. And create a textual version of an image. Thus, with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/ai-leads-to-positive-change-in-compensations-and-benefits\/\" class=\"ek-link\">AI,<\/a><\/strong> experts will develop learning and development programs available to employees regardless of their personal and professional abilities and capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#be6026\">6) Measuring the effectiveness of learning and development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">The process of averaging learning and development performance takes a long time. So, by simply using AI applications, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/skills-of-hrm-professionals\/\" class=\"ek-link\">HR professionals<\/a><\/strong> can quickly perform data <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/analytics-in-organizations\/\" class=\"ek-link\">analytics<\/a><\/strong>, enabling them to gain specific insights into the effectiveness of learning and development. These insights indicate employees\u2019 progress and emphasize their <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/absorptive-capacity\/\" class=\"ek-link\">knowledge<\/a><\/strong> gaps. The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/ai-creates-fair-and-competitive-compensation-and-benefits\/\" class=\"ek-link\">AI<\/a><\/strong> \u200b\u200bthen proposes the appropriate learning and development program to bridge the exposed gaps, ensure effectiveness, and achieve the initial learning and development goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background-color:#be6026\">Nowadays, artificial intelligence enjoys widespread attention at all levels of business organizations. The opinion and orientation of most leaders, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/successful-entrepreneur\/\" class=\"ek-link\">entrepreneurs<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/using-consultants\/\" class=\"ek-link\">consultants<\/a><\/strong>, and analysts are that artificial intelligence is the future.
