Analysis of the current HR strategy and the organization&#8217;s future needs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">HR strategy analysis includes studying the organization&#8217;s strengths and weaknesses, evaluating the success of HR operations, and evaluating the organization&#8217;s future human resources needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1ecc12\">2. Align strategies with business needs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">The HR strategy should align with the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4us.com\/en\/effective-hr-plan\/\" class=\"ek-link\">organization&#8217;s future strategy<\/a><\/strong> and needs. Conflict management and conflict resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">HR professionals must master problem- and conflict-resolution skills to deal with employees.
