Therefore, it measures consistently excellent performance that exceeds requirements and expectations without showing significant defects or waste. As a result, pursuing institutional excellence is an organization-wide commitment involving many dedicated stakeholders aligned with a shared vision of continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.
